Pat will review your question with serious consideration and after looking over your chart she will respond with a personal written reply. Your exact birth data is required for your one question. If your question involves you and another person, you must give that person's birth data along with yours. You can visit “ASK PAT” as often as you like.

Your exact birth data is required: month, day, year, time AM/PM, place of birth, which is the city or town and state if you live in the US. If you do not live in the US give the month, day, year, time AM/PM of your and the closest largest town and country. Please make sure spelling is accurate.

Birth information should be taken from the birth certificate for accuracy and not from baby books or mom’s memory. An error of four minutes can make a difference.

When you have completed filling in your birth data click on the submit button and it will take you to a form in which to provide your payment information through PayPal.
