Let There Be Light

Audio-Visual Chart Interpretation Sample: Marilyn Monroe

Venus

Venus is the planet of love and Marilyn had her Venus in the 9th house and in the sign of Aries.

She was drawn to intellectual, virile, strong and courageous men, (Venus trine Neptune, sextile Jupiter and Moon). Unfortunately, she managed to get involved with men who could not commit to her or be present to her, (Neptune in the 1st opposing Moon, Jupiter in the 7th and part of the fixed t-square with Saturn in the 4th).  Her Venus was in good aspect, but her 1st and 7th were not.

With Venus in Aries in the 9th house of higher mind, philosophy, religion, foreign affairs, and publishing, she was drawn to men with intellect, integrity, courage, daring and morals, someone who could match or quench her thirst for knowledge and who could hold her interest in a variety of interests.

She was interested in and respected education and knowledge. She may have been an avid reader and could probably memorize her lines in a script better than anyone with Venus in Aries trine Neptune in Leo.

Her Venus in Aries, trine Neptune in Leo gave her a vivid imagination and a romantic outlook on love or what she dreamed love should be, but what she found was disillusionment with Neptune opposing the Moon and Jupiter in the 7th, all part of a fixed t-square with Saturn.  She wasn’t realistic when it came to her love choices and her husbands.
