Child Star is a natal report written specifically for children and pre-teens. This a helpful tool and informative report for parents who want to learn more about their child or pre-teen's special skills, positive qualities, challenging character traits and his or her relationship to the parents.

Your child/pre-teen's exact birth data is required. Your exact birth data is also required.

Birth information should be taken from birth certificates for accuracy and not from baby books or mom's memory. An error of four minutes can make a difference. Please fill out the form accurately and completely to ensure an accurate report.

If you were born in the US, please be prepared to give the month, day, year, time AM/PM and place of birth, which is the city or town and the state you were born in.

If you were not born in the US, then give the month, day, year, time AM/PM, and the town or closest largest town and the country you were born in. Please make sure towns and countries are spelled accurately.

When you have completed filling in all the birth data click on the submit button and it will take you to a form to provide your payment information through PayPal. You will be able to choose, after you click on the submit button, if you want this e-mailed $10.95, or mailed first class $23.95.
