For Those Born  Feb 19th to March 20th

This is a 2-2 ½ year forecast based on the combination transits of Saturn, Uranus, Neptune and Pluto, so the following will be a broader, overall, look at these next 2 to 2-1/2 years.

Transiting Saturn enters the sign of Libra, Oct 30, 2009, GMT and on Oct 29, at 12:06:00 PM, CDT. It stays in Libra until it enters the sign of Scorpio on Oct 6, 2012, GMT, where it will stay until Sept 19, 2015, GMT.

Transiting Saturn will retrograde back into Virgo temporarily on April 8, 2010, GMT. It will leave the sign of Virgo July 21, 2010, and then enter the sign of Libra, July 22, 2010, to stay for the next two years.

In the beginning of this forecast some of what I have to say will be repeated from the last forecast, because it is still relevant in your solar chart and still important information. But there are some changes I will make note of toward the end of your forecast.

You have had transiting Uranus in Pisces in your Sun sign since Dec 30, 2003 and it will be here until March 12, 2011. This is a 7-year transit. When transiting Uranus entered your solar 1st house back in 2003 of self, persona, how the world sees you and your outer physical appearance you began to change in major ways. You began throwing off your old lifestyle, your old way of living, thinking, doing, etc, so much so that by now you have created a whole new life and/or life style for yourself. You may have noticed what everyone in your past life has noticed---that you have changed on a major scale, both outside and inside.

All this personal change came about because Uranus is the awakener and the transit of sudden and unexpected changes and it transited through your solar 1st house of self.

Perhaps you have changed so much that you have become involved in new relationships that help affirm the new you. While other relationships have had to either end or drift off into non existence, because you just don’t have a lot in common with them any more. Whatever the case may be, you are likely to act very differently than you use to, therefore, you have attracted a variety of different people in your life during this period.

As you redefine your new personality, the old you just won’t tolerate any limitations from certain types of relationships and people anymore. You will demand freedom and

equality in your relationships. You refuse to defer to anyone or be looked down upon. But any relationship that allows you to be you and accepts you for who you really are then these will last and become stronger, this includes friends as well as significant others, like partner, spouse, etc.

On the inner you this cycle indicates that your values are changing drastically and what you consider important and non-important. Money and material things you valued before, relationships you valued before are all going to be looked over and decided upon as to what you really consider important and what you want to keep, get rid of and what you want to strive for. You are going to throw away the old and embrace the new way of thinking and behaving and responding. Wow, this cycle will certainly birth a new you, a more adult, liberated, you. Transiting Uranus has allowed you to throw off whatever shackles that have held you back.

Take heed, though, some may not like it if they feel you are bushing them off and not taking the time to keep up the relationship. They may not be forgiving. Oh, well.

Uranus through your Sun Sign Pisces is predominately a drive for freedom from all old thinking and behavior about how you should behave and act in certain relationships. You will seek freedom in many areas of your life, the freedom of expression, the freedom to come and go as you please without feeling guilty if you are not satisfying someone else’s ne

Uranus is the planet that brings change and events suddenly and unexpectedly into a person's life. It is known as the awakener and liberator. It needs freedom to march to the tune of it's own drummer. Uranus is a strong planet that will have its needs and desires met no matter what the cost and the hell with everyone else. Oh, dear, don’t mess around with Uranus.

But, I think because transiting Uranus is in the sign of Pisces, a water sign, a mute sign, your liberating actions may be a bit more subtle and not so upsetting as you think. You will search for freedom in your own way, whether you are vocal about it or not.

So, in looking back right now, how has your life changed? Do you feel like Cinderella, or Cinderfella, yet?

Without a doubt, Uranus in your solar 1st house brought new circumstances, new people, and could have altered your life style suddenly, drastically as well as subtly. Any shocking, sudden, unexpected, event could transform you in some way. Whatever way Uranus chooses to change you, it could be painful, but believe me, you will have grown in wisdom and maturity real fast. The pain of it can be devastating. You may shed a lot of tears during this cycle. This goes for male and female Pisces, young and older.

As you change your way of reacting and behaving in the world, you will become open to experiences, adventures, unusual departments of life/career, that you would never have allowed yourself to enter into before. Thus, your life may take on a whole new perspective. Your world, your life, could literally change or turn upside down. Let's hope you are making wise choices and not getting into some very risky lifestyle.

The presence of Uranus in your sun sign may be subtle for some Pisceans and very strongly felt by other Pisceans. How you respond to these particular Uranian energies all depends on how emotionally mature and well adjusted you were before transiting Uranus entered your solar 1st house.

Well, Uranus through your sun sign in this 7-year cycle has come to enlighten you and bestow upon you gifts you never thought possible. Where will this cycle take you? Just look around. Have you made a lot of changes already? Have you done a lot of things you never dreamed possible?

All this enlightenment will be heaped upon you like a steady waterfall, like water upon the rocks in a stream. Water can wear down rock without pain or notice. All this Piscean enlightenment can come easily, gracefully, powerfully and hopefully not destructively. 

Uranus is the sign of independence, quirkyness, and the unusual. It walks to the beat of its own drummer. Uranus has to do its own thing and in its own time. No one tells Uranus what to do. It is a very stubborn planet and seldom listens to any one’s advice or words of wisdom. Thus, since its arrival in your sun sign, you may be feeling picked on, beaten or abused or taken advantage by the harsh energy of Uranus and it may be manifested in how you feel others are treating you. They may not think they are treating you so badly, but you might think so.

But the reality is that maybe it is you who is beating you up. Uranian energy is trying to force you to become more independent, stand on your own two feet and not rely on others to fulfill you or meet all your needs. Now it is time you do all these things for yourself. In the long run you will feel much better about yourself when you become fully independent and less dependent on others to make you happy.

Pisces is generally soft, gentle, retiring and non-vocal. For some Pisceans their basic nature is to feel victimized by others or the world. Well Uranus is going to make you, force you, to speak up and develop a voice and to never again take on the victim role.

At first it may seem like you keep putting your foot in your mouth at every turn or you keep embarrassing yourself by the things you say to others. What you say or write in an emotional huff can offend or hurt those you would never dream of hurting or offending. But you have and you will continue to do so till you eventually find a happy balance within yourself regarding your new freedom in vocalizing your thoughts, desires and opinions. You may even embarrass your loved ones or those closest to you by what you say or talk about.

Others may look at you strangely wondering what has gotten into you. In fact, you could lose some friends during this transit, because you can’t seem to keep your very strong opinions to your self or you can’t seem to hold back your temper or your sudden rush of emotions and “pow” you just socked someone in the eye with your sudden and unexpected rush of harsh, critical or cruel words. It might feel good at first when you do it. All this is not like the old you. Let's blame Uranus.

Well, transiting Uranus is about to leave your solar 1st house and enter your solar 2nd house(2011) of money, money earned and self-esteem. So, now is the time to reflect and look back on all your personal changes. Did it feel good to be able to tell someone off or express your real feelings as though for the first time?

In these last 7 years that you co-existed with Uranus let's hope that you learned how to tone down all these sudden, unexpected emotional outbursts and Uranus taught you how to vocalize your feelings in a more positive and constructive way without hurting anyone else’s feelings in doing it.

Let's hope that this Uranus cycle taught you tolerance for other people’s likes and dislikes, other people’s values and opinions so that you won’t feel like they are always wrong because they don’t happen to agree with you or agree with the way you view things or do things.

One thing for certain, Uranus is going to liberate you by bringing the hidden you to the surface.

Whatever has been buried inside you for years, whoever the real you was, whatever you have repressed and kept buried inside you for what seems like an eternity will come to the surface and force itself to the conscious level so that it can be healed, dealt with and released, once and for all. Well, Hurray! Hurray! Fancy that, the real you coming out. You see, Uranus was a good transit in your life. It wasn't a total upsetting cycle.

You haven’t really known who the real you was until Uranus took you by the hand, because the Piscean nature is to take on and absorb the colors, vibrations, emotions and traits of those around you. For some of you Pisces, you have been what other people have wanted you to be, needed you to be. Uranus helped bring you independence of mind, thought, word and deed. Uranus has been your awakener.

Uranus doesn’t always do things on a quiet or subtle level. It can bring sudden unexpected events that are hard to deal with like having your appliances fall apart all at once, computers blowing up, having your car fall apart, being terminated from a job without any good reason, having your pet get sick, having been singled out to be audited by the IRS, losing an important relationship or someone you love dearly, having your worst nightmare become reality, etc, etc, etc. Sound familiar. I’m sure some of you delicate Pisceans have experienced some of these events or similar ones already. You will be glad when transiting Uranus finally gets out of your solar 1st house.

I haven’t met any Piscean yet during this 7 year transit that hasn’t been hit with some sort of calamity, drama, upset, or life altering event. But, these cycles are blessings in disguise because they get us prepared for our new future cycles and our new life--the road less taken. 

I think that Uranus is one of those planets that can be a force for change in a person’s life. Change is brought about by the very learning lessons we need to have in order to change. Change stretches and molds us into bigger, better and stronger human beings, whether we like it or not. And as we are stretched, sometimes beyond our emotional, spiritual and physical limits, we eventually wake up to find we are in control of our lives after all and that we do have free will.

A significant othe(s), someone very important, it could even be a baby(s), could come into your life as a mentor or a teacher to help you learn and grow. Through this person you can learn much. They can come in all kinds of unusual packages, young, old, funny, serious, whatever, just don’t underestimate their wisdom. They can be dumb like a fox. They came into your life during this Uranus cycle in order to help light your way through these major transitions in your life.

Blessings come in all shapes and sizes. Any of the  difficulties you encountered during this transit were likely blessings in disguise. This past cycle enriched your life with many opportunities that at first may have felt like burdens or crosses, but eventually you began to see that some of those crosses were actually trees that provided you shade and some rest while on this wild journey.

In the past few years as you have struggled with major personality changes, you had transiting Saturn in Virgo and in your solar 7th house of marriage, partners and/or significant others. While you demanded more independence and freedom you may have seen your partner as the bad guy, crabby, mean or not giving in to your way. He/she on the other hand, may have seen you as being totally rebellious, very demanding and possibly a shrew.

All this happened because transiting Saturn was in your 7th solar house opposing transiting Uranus in your solar 1st house. This was like a tug of war between you and your mate, partner or significant other. I don't know who won, but I'm sure it was painful for the two of you as you struggled to grow, change and grow up.

Now that the war is over with transiting Uranus, be more thoughtful of your partner or significant other. Your transformation was likely to have put a strain of the relationship. But a strong relationship will last while a weak one didn't.

Soon you will be moving away from the cycle of Uranus in your solar 1st house and you will soon find transiting Uranus in your solar 2nd house of money. With this new cycle you will be experiencing what every other sun sign will experience and this is what is called a Cardinal T-Square. Fortunately this square will take place in your solar fixed houses. Therefore, you may not feel or experience as many changes on the personality level as you have in the last 7 years. Now it will be about finding out what you really value, your self-esteem and money. Now you are on the road to experiencing lessons regarding money, how you spend money, salary, possessions, sex, and friends and achievement of your goals and life plans.

This cardinal T-Square will bring lessons on how you spend money.

Perhaps you will become even more spontaneous in your spending now that transiting Uranus is here.

Or if you do have a spending problem, then maybe you will begin to recognize this problem and learn how to spend more frugally and less recklessly.

And in so doing you will gain much more financial independence. When you know that you are free from the inside, then buying things won't be the aphrodisiac it has been in the past to help make you feel better on the outside.

Your significant other may be giving you problems or flack regarding your spending habits. He/she may be arguing more with you to plug up the hole in spending. You and your partner may need to sit down and begin an objective conversation regarding how money is spend in the household. The two of you may jointly set up a budget whereby both of you abide by.

Expect unexpected, sudden, unusual expenses during Uranus's stay in your 2nd house and transiting Saturn in your solar 8th house of other people's money.

I say this because you have the sign of Aries on your solar house of money and spending. This indicates that you may be a bit self-centered regarding how you spend on yourself. Now with this new 7-year cycle of transiting Uranus in your solar 2nd house you may have to begin to stop the impulsive spending, especially on yourself and find out just why it is that you have everything you see or you have to have the best of everything.

You could be running out of money and/or resources. Money issues of any kind are just symptoms of some other problems, such as intimacy, sex and control issues. If any of these areas in your life need to be talked about or fixed then do it. 

Children expenses and needs have got to be looked at objectively. You can only provide them what you can afford. You can't give your children everything, no matter how young or old, even if you think they should have or everything they want to have. It is time to get this financial drain plugged up in order to save seriously for the future, theirs and yours.

You are likely to feel like a fish out of water for the next few years, but try and figure out just why. You may need to change your attitude or outlook in order to work in harmony with the outside world. The more confident you are within yourself then the more tolerant you will be of others.

It will be very hard for you to make any real changes during these next few years, so you will probably just live with a lot of the problems you have rather than change. If this proves to be the case then keep an eye on your cholesterol and blood pressure. Bottling every thing up makes for inner explosions.

This will be a cycle in which to plan for the future,  to work hard, make money and to save. Don't spend like there is no tomorrow, rather save like tomorrow and retirement are around the corner and you have to hurry in order to be ready.
