This is a 2-2 ½ year forecast based on the combination transits of Saturn, Uranus, Neptune and Pluto, so the following will be a broader, overall, look at these next 2 to 2-1/2 years.

Transiting Saturn enters the sign of Libra, Oct 30, 2009, GMT and on Oct 29, at 12:06:00 PM, CDT. It stays in Libra until it enters the sign of Scorpio on Oct 6, 2012, GMT, where it will stay until Sept 19, 2015, GMT.

Transiting Saturn will retrograde back into Virgo temporarily on April 8, 2010, GMT. It will leave the sign of Virgo July 21, 2010, and then enter the sign of Libra, July 22, 2010, to stay for the next two years.

Transiting Saturn will enter your solar 12th house of endings. Lots of things close down during this period. You are ending a long 15 year cycle. The 12th house is about a lot of alone time and a time for reflection. Things are changing and have changed and you will have time in this next cycle to plan and gear up for new beginnings.

Because transiting Saturn is in the cardinal sign of Libra, you are probably doing a lot of work behind the scenes, doing a lot of preparation work. You are preparing for a new 15 years cycle when transiting Saturn will move into your solar 1st house.

During this cycle you may see friends leave your life, either they move away, or go in different directions that lead away from your time together, or they pass away.

Expect to be working behind the scenes, which could pertain to legal matters, the law, or you may become involved in having to take care of government matters.

You might find yourself in litigation regarding problems or lawsuits with hospitals, doctors, nursing homes or government facilities, etc. 

You may find yourself visiting nursing homes, hospitals, rehab facilities more than usual and it could be because you are there for a loved one.

Because of all the time you now have you could take up writing or some form of creative art in which you develop and express these talents. You could begin teaching out of your home.

You may have a desire to go back to school to pursue your education to a higher level during this cycle.

Partnerships could come to an end, whether business or marriage. This is a cycle of letting go. If you need to don't hesitate to go to counseling to help alleviate any depression, problems or addictions or join a support group to help you through some life changes.

If you do any kind of social work, counseling, working in nursing homes rehab centers or hospitals, you will be more busy than usual and you may be elevated to be the boss and to dole out the orders.

You will experience what is called a cardinal T-Square in the next 2- 2 1/2 year cycle but all this activity will take place in mutable houses, therefore, it may not be as busy for you as it is for others during this cycle. But, you will still be busy, but you will be able to take it all in stride and not let all the business overwhelm you. You are finally going to do what you have wanted to do for a long time.

You may be doing some sort of ghost writing, writing romance novels, or a book on government or something that pertains to  government.

Expect to be around many new neighbors. There may be a constant flood or changes in the neighborhood, and with the neighbors. You might have to call the police on them for some reason and it might be more than once. Your neighborhood may need extra police patrol due to robberies, fighting, vandalism, etc.

Get that necessary reading done, because some of it might have to do with your work, job or project you are working on.

You may be involved in picketing, or protesting. You could also be involved in marching or running for a cause or charity

You'll be doing a lot more travel in cabs, trains, planes, etc. Don't be in such a hurry that you forget your purse or wallet on the seat of the cab, plane, train or bus, but it looks more like cab.

During this cycle you may quit smoking due to problems with breathing or lungs. Give it up. Now is the time.

During this cycle you may find yourself doing a lot of volunteer work in nursing homes, hospitals, rehab centers, etc. This should make your feel good about donating your time to helping others. Get those sympathy cards and/or thank-you cards written and sent out

You may become the spokesperson chosen to speak for a large organization or group. Your voice, spoken or written word, will be heard loudly and will pack a powerful wallop. You won't hold back now that you have transiting Pluto in your solar 3rd house of communication. You will be recognized as the source or expert on the subject. You may be the go-to-person. Microphones will be powerful in your hands. You will use a lot of different technologies in order to perform your work.

Now is a good cycle to get those closets and drawers cleaned out and to begin to sort and throw away things you haven't used or looked at in years. This is a good cycle to have a neighborhood lawn or garage sale.

Now is also a good time to get yourself in better physical shape and to go for your routine check-ups and get those tests done that you have been putting off.

You could take on a job unexpectedly that requires a lot of physical work, but it could be temporary and very unique and maybe even experimental in some way. You want a job that can give you freedom to perform in your own unique way.

You do need to be extra careful of auto accidents. Slow down and be a defensive driver. You may be in for a new vehicle because the old form of transportation falls apart.

Your doctor could unexpectedly retire and leave you having to find another.

No matter what you do or accomplish this cycle you will still be preparing for the future when transiting Saturn enters your solar 1st house in a couple of years, so this isn't a time to sit back and do nothing, rather it is a time to prepare for the future in lots of different ways.
