For Those Born Aug 23rd to Sept 22nd

This is a 2-2 ½ year forecast based on the combination transits of Saturn, Uranus, Neptune and Pluto, so the following will be a broader, overall, and general look at these next 2 to 2-1/2 years.

Transiting Saturn enters the sign of Libra, Oct 30, 2009, GMT and on Oct 29, at 12:06:00 PM, CDT. It stays in Libra until it enters the sign of Scorpio on Oct 6, 2012, GMT, where it will stay until Sept 19, 2015, GMT.

Transiting Saturn will retrograde back into Virgo temporarily on April 8, 2010, GMT. It will leave the sign of Virgo July 21, 2010, and then enter the sign of Libra, July 22, 2010, to stay for the next two years.

Transiting Saturn is in your solar 2nd house of money, your possessions, your salary, self-esteem and how you spend and/or save money, use and value your  money and money in general. Transiting Pluto is in your solar 5th and transiting Uranus is in your solar 8th house. These three major transiting planets create what is called a Cardinal T-Square in your solar chart and they are all in fixed signs.

Transiting cardinal planets in fixed houses may cause a problem or delay in all of your financial affairs and money concerns. You may want to get things started on buying the things you want and you may be delayed because you have to get rid of some or a lot of debt first. So what you want and what gets done don't go as fast as you would like in these next few years.

But any delays may be attributed to your needing to learn some lessons regarding money first such as how to spend money wisely. You may spend money before you get it or make it and so you are basing plans on the future when you should be budgeting your money or saving your money until such a time that you have the money in your hands before you make elaborate plans that involve spending money.

It is not only your own money, but the money of significant others in your life that may be problematic. You need to be more considerate of the people around you, their money, their values, their assets and that you aren't spending their money or counting on their money to get what you want.

If you owe the government then pay them off. If you owe others, then get this paid off. Do these things before you go out and make more debt.

Children can cost you a lot of money or financial

concern because of the money or expense they incur in your life. You may be very responsible financially for children and their needs and all this may be out of your control and take priority over your own wants and needs. You may have no choice but to pay out alimony, children expenses, like schooling, health matters, weddings, graduation expenses, etc. Thus, the lesson here is not to be spending money on yourself until you fulfill your financial obligations to others during this cycle.

Because transiting Pluto is in your solar 5th house squaring transiting Saturn in your solar 2nd house and opposing transiting Uranus in your solar 8th house, this entire 2 yr cycle may be all about money issues and lessons. Learn how to control your spending and learn how to save your money for the unexpected expenses that others will throw at you. This will be no light or laughing matter. It may and could frustrate you considerably in the fact that you don't have a lot of control over how you earn and spend your money. You feel your money is your money and no one gets to tell you how to spend, earn or save it. Well, life may throw some curve balls at you that will force you to comply with learning some very hard lessons in earning and spending.

The IRS or some governmental agency could take money out of your check before you even get the check. Paying child support is a law and you can't skirt around your responsibilities in these matters.

This is what I said when transiting Saturn was in your solar 1st house these last few years. "The following may seem like I am picking on you, but I am not. I'm trying to do you a favor and tell you like it is. I won't be telling you fun stuff or what you want to hear. Instead, I will be brutally honest. I will try to get you ready for a challenging cycle that could bring you through what seems like a knot hole, but to be forewarned is to be forearmed. Be thankful this particular cycle happens only once every 28-30 years. If you have prepared well in the last 28-30 years then this could be a very successful cycle, if not, oh, well."

So, did you do a lot of growing in the past 2 and1/2 years? If not, then these next 2 years may be just as painful. But, I do think you have grown and you will get your learning lessons about how you should handle and spend money more frugally finally sunk into your consciousness.

For all Virgos it is time to stop insisting that the world yields itself to you. Whether you like it or not you may have to join mainstream society and learn more forgiving and tolerant behavior. Not everyone can live up to your standards. No one is perfect, not even you.

You are going to learn lessons like compromise,  the art of communication and negotiation with significant others, loved ones and partners. They won't stand for your criticisms and perfectionist ways any more. They are fed up with it and will walk away from you, if they haven't done so already. Or maybe you will walk away from them because they can't be the way you want them to be. Best be careful here. You could lose some very important relationships that you may deeply regret down the road.

You are truly a good person, but you can be very controlling or manipulating to get your own way. Put your pride in your pocket and learn tolerance of others and their differences. Meet people half way.

Give up some of those bad or negative habits that you think are okay but are not and do upset others.

Your partner needs attention, love, compassion, empathy, but more importantly... love and tenderness. Treat others as you would have them treat you. And, treat significant others with respect and see them as peers and not subordinate to your will or ways.

If you have have taken the attitude that it is my way or the highway, this is the cycle in which to change that attitude. Saturn says during this cycle you have to change for the better. You have to move up to a higher level of understanding, acceptance and tolerance of imperfection.

Maturity means compromise and tolerance for others and their imperfections and opinions. Their ideas and opinions count just as equally as yours. Realize the importance of loving without conditions.

If nothing got you to change in the past few years, then maybe you will change when it comes to your money in these next few years.

Maybe love and children will be the force for change in your life? It may seem like you have to be subordinate to them this time around.

Listen to others with sincere interest. Listen to what they have to say objectively. You might be surprised to find out they are pretty intelligent and have some good ideas and opinions of their own. You can learn a lot from others during this transit. Treat others as your peers, not your subjects.

This new cycle will give you new learning lessons in which to work on yourself. This cycle may bring you face to face with yourself, again and the real person you are, not the persona you project to the world.

If you are willing to change and forgive and become more serious in learning about your flaws and how to change them then this new cycle won't leave you so beaten and battered. But remember, your criticalness has got to go and replace it with tolerance and respect for others, especially the significant others in your life.

After the last 2-3 year cycle, you survived to be a better person in a lot of ways. You have become emotionally stronger, wiser, and perhaps even  much more loved by your loved ones.

Three years ago began a new 15 year cycle for you. This began a time in which to pull yourself up by your own bootstraps and start life anew. It's time to get serious, stop procrastinating. Ask  yourself what it is you need to change about yourself. Then do it. Make the changes necessary that is keeping you from being the person you need to be in order to accomplish what you want out of life.

You may be the one standing in your own way of success and happiness. Change, change, change, for no one's sake but your own.

Children, little and big ones, will teach you much about love and tolerance and the beauty in imperfection.

On a positive note, finances are getting better than they were and you will get a lot of debt paid off within this next 2 year cycle.

In spite of everything, try to find the joy in the non joy in life and find love in the darkest corners of your world. Forgive those who have hurt you. Forgiveness of others is the spiritual nectar we need for our own healing. Forgiveness leads us to happiness and out of a darkness we don't know exists in the recesses of our subconscious. Forgiveness frees us.  Don't carry grudges against those who have hurt you.
